SUPER LEAGUE ATTP 2025-2026: A Season on the Edge, Decided by a Single Point

The competitive season of the SUPER LEAGUE ATTP 2025-2026, which began in September 2025 and concluded this past Saturday, reached its grand finale after eight months of grueling matchups. The season lived up to its reputation as one of the most dynamic and spectacular table tennis competitions in the Republic of Moldova.

Organized by the ATTP National Sports Association and included in the official National Sports Calendar (approved by the Ministry of Education and Research), this season once again brought together eight teams composed of the country’s most dedicated players.

Over the course of eight months, the competition was defined by heated matches, raw emotion, and high-intensity duels. From broken rackets to rallies decided in the final fractions of a second, moments of extreme tension and joy characterized every stage. Team spirit proved to be the deciding factor; whenever a single player faltered, the entire team felt the impact.

This reality was starkly evident in the final stage, where the fragile balance of team rosters played a key role. The team Top Cup, facing the absence of one of its players, was forced to withdraw from the competition by the captain's decision—a move that underscored the vital importance of cohesion and a full roster in this tournament format.

The Grand Final was a true sporting spectacle, with the finalists fighting for every point at maximum intensity. In a dramatic conclusion, the title was decided by a single point. Victory went to team LEGEND, led by Master of Sport Sergei Kucherovsky, alongside teammates Petru Bulat (Candidate Master of Sport) and Alexander Bodak.

Taking second place was one of the tournament favorites, team FLUMEDFARM, led by Master of Sport Ion Danilov, who demonstrated consistent and confident play throughout the entire season. The founder of FLUMEDFARM, Igor Bobeico, congratulated the organizers on the high level of the tournament. In a constructive spirit, he suggested a more discreet approach to the preliminary publication of certain information in future cycles. Simultaneously, he expressed his readiness to actively participate in the organization and supervision of the next season.

The conclusion of this cycle confirms once again that the ATTP Super League is a true test of endurance, character, and unity—a stage where every point matters and every team writes its own history in a season to remember.
