Dynamo Cup – Respect and Appreciation for the Veterans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

The Central Sports Club "Dynamo" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs organized a table tennis tournament under the auspices of ATTP, dedicated to veterans and retirees of the Ministry. This event was held as a token of appreciation to all those who served our country with honor, courage, and dedication.

The competition brought together 64 veterans, retirees, and special-status personnel from all units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. After intense and fair matches, the podium results were as follows:

In the under-45 category (individual ranking):
• 1st place: Vladimir TIAKA (General Directorate for Migration Affairs)
• 2nd place: Yurie LEVINȚA (General Directorate of Border Police)
• 3rd place: Andrian GUȚU (General Directorate of Carabinieri)

In the 45+ category (individual ranking):
• 1st place: Stanislav KALASHNIKOV (General Directorate of Border Police)
• 2nd place: Anatolii BURLAK (General Directorate of Border Police)
• 3rd place: Vladimir SPYNU (General Directorate for Migration Affairs)

The event was officiated by Alexander Ni, a national category referee. Winners were awarded exclusive medals, personalized certificates, and the main trophy of the tournament — the Dynamo Cup.

Victor GROSU, State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who presented the awards, emphasized the importance of such events and the institutional history, the heroic individuals who shaped it, and the memory of those who sacrificed their lives and health for the integrity, sovereignty, and security of the Republic of Moldova.

This tournament also highlighted the importance of maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle among veterans and retirees of the Ministry, while promoting the values of honesty, teamwork, and mutual respect.
