OFFICIAL NOTICE on the convening of an Extraordinary General Assembly of the members of the Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova

Dear members of the Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova,

 

We hereby notify you of the convening of an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova, which will take place on May 18, 2025, at the following address:

Chisinau, 12A Bucuriei Street, starting at 12:00 PM.

 

The convening of the General Assembly is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Federation's Statute and based on a duly submitted initiative that meets the established requirements, for the purpose of discussing matters of primary importance for the Federation's activities.

 

Agenda of the Extraordinary General Assembly:

1.  Consideration of the early termination of the mandate of the current President of the Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Ion SARANDA, appointed to this position in accordance with the minutes of the General Assembly dated June 11, 2022.

 

2.  Election of a new President of the Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova for a term of 4 years.

 

3.  Consideration of the dissolution and early termination of the mandate of the current Bureau of the Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova, established by the minutes of the General Assembly dated December 29, 2019.

 

4.  Election of members of the Bureau (Administrative Council) of the Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova for a term of 4 years.

 

5.  Consideration of amendments, additions, and the registration of a new version of the Statute of the Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova.

 

We kindly request all members of the Federation to ensure personal participation or representation by authorized delegates, in accordance with the Statute and current legislation.

 

This notice is published on the official website of the National Sports Association ATTP for the purpose of properly informing all members and shall be considered officially communicated to the concerned parties from the moment of its publication.
